I just sit on my ass,
read about people sending hard all around me!
And i do nothing about it...
I don't really train...
I don't do anything!!
It's time to get serious!
It's time for me to stop being such a weak person!
It's time for me to get to training!
It's time for me to get good grades in school!
Let's do THIS!

admitting weakness is the first step towards building strength...both psychically and mentally
ReplyDeletepositive affirmations lead to concrete realities. create a vision board of where you'd like to get to in the future and you'll be amazed how quickly you reach the light at the end of that tunnel!
